U. S. Air Force extreme cold weather hooded parka.  Outer shell made of water resistant, 50% cotton and 50% nylon.  Inner lining 100% polyester.  Hood fur contains 38% wool material.    Excellent piece of kit for that serious outdoor person.  This X-Large Parka has been used, but remains in serviceable Class 'A' condition.  DOD used surplus.
